We only have a couple more days in our old house. Today, we went through signing, which was a nightmare. Everything that could go wrong did. Luckily, the wonderful folks at Galvin Realty Group (the escrow company) were smart and attentive and fixed everyone else’s mistakes! 
Now, a couple more days, and we’ll have the keys to the new place and be on our way to the hill…
