Doesn’t every “hockey mom” have a $150,000 wardrobe budget?
October 23rd, 2008 Posted in AnnoyancesI read this New York Times article during lunch today and it reall disturbed me. I often hear folks (even in Seattle!) saying that they want a politician (especially presidents and vice-presidents) who are “friendly and down-to-Earth” and whom they could see being friends with. This kind of excess in a time of financial crisis shows a complete lack of leadership or respect. Granted, so does not knowing how many houses you own.
