It looks like the Sonics are leaving Seattle for sure. I’m indifferent on their staying or going. Luckily, we’re getting a pro soccer team soon, which will be great!

immigrant rights

Today, there was a large group outside of the HUB raising awareness for immigrant rights. I took some pictures of an Aztec dance group that was performing as part of the event. There are six pictures and they are in the “On Campus” set in Flickr.

Dali Lama protest

There was a large group on campus protesting the Dali Lama’s visit. It is one of the largest protests I have seen on campus. I have uploaded the pictures into the “On Campus” set in my Flickr gallery.

Wow.

Any doubts that I had before have been addressed. This certainly helped me make up my mind.

Makes you wonder what they’re going to do with the left shoe.

The Seattle Times ran an odd article on three shoes that have washed up on shore in Vancouver. The odd part of the story is those shoes contained feet! Yikes!!!
