My goal as a consultant is to improve the reputation of my field by raising the bar on what organizations expect from diversity and inclusion work and D&I professionals.

I leverage my academic and professional experiences as well as my coaching background to build trust. I will conduct significant intake and help you determine your goals and outcomes. I will only recommend solutions that meet those goals (though I will likely challenge you to define bold, audacious goals) and be a critical partner in the implementation and assessment

Culturally competent coaching helps leaders at all levels of an organization to strengthen their understanding of their cultural identity and its impact on their professional environments, community, and the world. A culture of equity and inclusion builds a supportive environment for all and motivates leaders to engage fully in difficult conversations around identity, justice, diversity, inclusion, and human dignity.
